• Same-Day Shipping: All orders placed and confirmed before 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) from Monday to Saturday will be processed and dispatched on the very same day.
• Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Simplicity and transparency are key to our service.

• Free Shipping Across India: We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all orders, to all locations within India. There is no minimum order value required to avail of this offer. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Please note that “business days” are Monday through Saturday, excluding public and national holidays.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your geographical location. Orders to metropolitan cities are often delivered faster, while deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or an SMS containing your unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner’s website. You can use this ID to track the status of your shipment in real-time.
