Refund and Returns Policy

At Mitra Vedic, your satisfaction and trust are paramount. We are dedicated to providing you with a high-quality, authentic anti-dandruff oil. Please read our policy carefully to understand the procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Our Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product as a personal care item, and to uphold strict hygiene and safety standards for all our customers, we operate on a No Return and No Refund Policy.

All sales are considered final once the order has been dispatched. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products based on a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or for any other reason except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in our manufacturing and shipping processes. However, in the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken seal, leakage), or is not the item you ordered, we are committed to making it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Notify Us Promptly: You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any claims made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Provide Evidence: To help us resolve the issue quickly, you must provide the following information via email to support@mitravedic.com:
    1. Your Order ID number.
    2. A clear description of the issue.
    3. Clear photos and/or a short video showing the damaged/defective product, the packaging it arrived in, and the shipping label. This proof is mandatory for us to process your claim.

3. Verification and Resolution

  • Once we receive your claim and evidence, our team will investigate the issue.
  • If your claim is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement of the same product to be sent to you.
  • In the event that a replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund to your original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • An order can be cancelled only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@mitravedic.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to process the cancellation.
